About

My name is Edward Keenan

My path into this work began with a deep curiosity about how people actually change. Early on, I focused on behavior-how to observe it, shape it, and understand it. I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst  But over time I came to see that lasting transformation requires something deeper: helping people reconnect with the parts of themselves that were once silenced, shamed or misunderstood.

The more I listened- to my own journey and to others-I realized that true healing often begins beneath the surface. I began integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), parts work and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into my approach, alongside developing tools for visualization, somatic awareness, and applied action. My sessions now blend emotional depth with grounded, structure an support.

Working with me is not about quick fixes. Its about slowing down enough to meet that parts of you that are hurting, questioning, or stuck-and learning to lead your life from a place of inner clarity, rather than fear or old programming.

My favorite clients are those who feel ready for real change- even if they don't yet know where to begin. They may carry self-doubt, guilt or criticism that doesn't feel like theirs. They might feel overwhelmed by old narratives or lost in transitions. What they share is a willingness to go inward, and a desire to live in deeper alignment with themselves.

I've walked my own path of change, studying philosophy, spirituality, and psychology across cultures- from mystics to modern day teachers, from structured behavior science to soul work. I draw from these sources not to teach answers, but to support your own inner wisdom in emerging. This work isn't about fixing you. Its about helping your remember who you've always been.
